	8/02: Educating Systems Engineers: Encouraging Divergent Thinking, a paper by Dr. William McCumber and Crystal Sloan, won the Best Paper Award for the Education and Research track at the Twelfth Annual Symposium of the International Council on Systems Engineering in early August 2002.
$$$$$	7/1/01: EagleRidgeStore.com rated "$$$$$" at Commission Junction (CJ.com). The five dollar sign rating is Commission Junction's highest rating, and is awarded only to the top-producing 5% of ecommerce website publishers. The popular CJ affiliate system started its "Open MarketPlace" on July 1, in which merchants and publishers are rated from zero to five stars, based on their ecommerce performance at CJ.

	Fall 2000: Crystal (Bliss) Sloan receives Microsoft MVP award: EagleRidge Technologies is proud to announce that our VP, Crystal (Bliss) Sloan, has once again received the Microsoft MVP award from Microsoft for her online work helping programmers. This is the fifth year she has received this honor.
	July 2000, at INCOSE 2000 Minneapolis: Professor William McCumber named "Fellow" of the International Council on Systems Engineering. This summer at the annual conference of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), EagleRidge Technologies president William H. McCumber, Ph.D., P.E., was elected to "Fellow" of INCOSE, the organization's highest honor. Professor McCumber was cited "for contributions as a quintessential industrial leader, especially in the education and training of practicing systems engineers."
